The CIC has its national office in Toronto with branches nationwide. Membership of the organization spans the country. CIC branches hold regular meetings that feature guest speakers such as eminent scholars, diplomats and government officials, as well as business leaders, scientists and foreign dignitaries who address topical international economic, political and social issues.
