Graham Fuller is currently an independent writer, analyst, lecturer and consultant on Muslim World affairs & Adjunct Professor of History at Simon Fraser University. He is a former Vice-Chairman of the National Intelligence Council at CIA. After leaving government he served as Senior Political Scientist at RAND for twelve years.
