Canadian Arctic Sovereignty: Science and Sovereignty
Every two or three years, the Saskatoon Branch of the CIIA sponsors a one-day foreign policy conference on a topic of important international interest. This year, the event will mark the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Institute. The conference committee has chosen what it believes to be the foremost foreign policy issue of the decade: Sovereignty of the Canadian Arctic.
